Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm


Job Description:

  • Dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Booking in appointments and engineers
  • Enquiries to the helpline and are answered as soon as possible
  • customers receive the information and advice they require
  • All customers receive call backs where necessary
  • Responding to relevant emails in an appropriate form
  • Maintain and develop customer database
  • Dealing with customer complaints

Key Skills:

  • Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Drive and enthusiasm in all aspects of the role
  • Helpfulness and a passion for customer Service
