HR Shared Services Manager - Lichfield - Up to £45000 + Excellent Benefits.
This is a varied HR role leading a team of ER Advisors and HR Administrators as part of a larger Shared Services team. Based in Lichfield you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities both in support of HR peers and taking a lead.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a team within the Shared Service Centre to provide a high level of service across the business with all ER and administrative areas.
* Coaching the team in all areas of Employee Relations, being the subject matter expert and managing the escalated cases.
* Taking responsibility for continuous improvement in your team, identifying where improvements can be made to process & policy and delivering appropriate changes.
* Delivering on HR projects as and when required
You must have experience gained within a sizeable HR shared service centre, proven people management skills as well as the confidence and experience to deal with any escalated/complex ER cases.
You will need to be articulate, confident and always looking at continuous improvement. We are looking for a leader capable of leading and motivating HR peers to raise their game and improve the service that they offer the business.
Salary: Up to £45000 + excellent benefits.
