Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer with offices all over Europe, and they are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join their expanding team in Nottingham.

Working within the Customer Service team in Nottingham, the Sales Co-ordinator will be actively participating in the team's tasks and responsibilities, and is further administratively responsible for a dedicated part of the customer base in co-operation with the relevant Sales Managers and Key Account Managers. You will deal with customers on a daily basis, helping to process their orders, and manage the whole ordering process, as well as aftercare and payment/credit-limit management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Customer order handling, delivery planning and invoicing
  • Customer payment and credit limit monitoring
  • Keeping customer data (i.e. contact register) , price and rebate agreements (including price lists) up-to-date in CRM
  • Sales planning, quota management
  • Coptimi container calculations
  • Participating in customer satisfaction surveys
  • Operative reporting
  • Proactive telephone sales to smaller and medium sized customers
  • Administrative support to assigned Sales Manager(s) and TS Manager
  • Inform Sales Manager with customer specific information (proactive and upon request)
  • Delivery planning/monitoring
  • Stock follow-up, including pre-delivery / storage costs invoicing
  • Customer credit notes, rebates / bonus, implementation in CRM and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Minimum education: Relevant completed upper secondary school, university degree or relevant work experience are an advantage
  • Customer service experience
  • Proactive attitude, ability to analyze information, take initiatives and make decisions
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge in Fenix system and Microsoft Office software is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to create confidence-inspiring business relationships
  • Service minded and good team player


In return they will offer a generous basic salary of up to £23k, plus other generous incentives, pension, and team targets.
