The successful candidate will join a small, dedicated asset strategy team, providing support to the property team including: * To prepare and recommend the implementation plan and programme to deliver the agreed strategy. * Implement the plan with the support of internal surveyor and appointed professional advisors. * Prepare reports and business cases to obtain funding to deliver the strategy * Manage and report financial performance and budget activity for the implementation and delivery of the strategy * Provide property acquisition and disposal governance reporting on behalf of the Strategic Asset Manager. * Ensure project management processes are robust and acquisition and disposal risks are managed. * Ensure that delivery routes are available including viable and complaint procurement routes for professional advisors. * Build and manage senior stakeholder working relationships identifying key stakeholder and communicating effectively. * The role includes the management of programmes that deliver disposals, acquisitions and major property projects. The main focus of the role will be the delivery of property freehold disposals The successful candidate is likely to be an RICS Registered Valuer with compulsory purchase experience and extensive knowledge of commissioning and delivering asset valuations.
