I'm currently working with a global leader in resourcing for IT professionals. They have offices based across the globe, and are currently recruiting for their office based in the heart of London. Their office offers a brilliant working environment which is buzzy and fast paced.
Your new role
As their new temp receptionist. you'll be acting as the first point of contact for consultants, candidates and clients. You'll be signing people in, answering incoming calls and emails as well as booking meeting rooms for staff. Furthermore, you'll be required to coordinate travel arrangements for more senior staff.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you must have recent experience as a receptionist within a corporate company - ideally within a consultancy firm. Furthermore, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be warm and friendly, as well as able to keep up with the pace of the office. You must have strong IT skills and have experience managing a busy switchboard and inbox.
